Though Margaret Goodfellow was raised in Mexico, Texas, and Canada, she has called Toronto home for the past 12 years. Trained as an architect at the University of Toronto, Margaret gained her professional experience working on large scale residential projects, heritage preservation and adaptive reuse of buildings, as well as urban design and planning projects in Toronto. Now working in the public sector, Margaret is a Planning and Design Project Manager for Waterfront Toronto, one of the largest urban renewal projects underway in North America. Margaret’s love of design and of Toronto is currently manifesting itself in the production of a Guidebook to Contemporary Architecture in Toronto, co-edited with her husband, Phil Goodfellow.
